This Build is based off of Nony. This is the strategy he used against ToT)Cloud( and beat him 2 times with. This is detailed build order and very timing based. For it to be well timed you must know strategy very well.

8-Pylon
10-Gate
12-gas
13-Make Zealot Once gate completes
16-Pylon
18-Core (depending what you scout here you might get another lot if scout 2 gate lot build)
20-Make Zealot
22-Pylon, make goon
27-Start Range Upgrade, Pylon
30-Robo, Gate
32-Pylon
37-Make Shuttle, Start cutting Probes (don't make probes anymore for now)
39-Observatory, Then Robotic Fac.
43-make observer
44-Pylon
48-Make Reaver
52-Pylon, Start Back Probe Production (make probes again)
---Once your reaver comes out don't make anymore units in gates or probes and get down your expo once you get 400 and start back your production.


I will explain some parts of this build. This build is a very agressive and strong timing attack. Have to know the build well. This was build that Nony used a lot vs cloud and cloud even tried use it vs nony. So seems to be a strong and well timing PvP build that is very safe and agressive.

You cut probes mainly to keep making dragoons non-stop and add your tech buildings. If you did not cut probes you will not get up this timing attack fast enough to do damage. It will be more weak. This build is assure you just as much units as him if not more and powerful reaver to support your units. Along with an observer. This build is very timing base so learn it well. This seems be Nony's most powerful pvp build on most maps.

Important Tips when using this strategy. Do not lose the reaver. If you lose the battle and the reaver your behind. If you save the reaver and lose the battle you can force the protoss to play defensive and he won't attack you. If you win the battle you have to try do as much damage as possible so you buy time for your expo and possibly quickly add gates to follow up.
